Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.  Please note that due to high shipping costs some of our larger items are not eligible for return.  Please see our return policy below for more information.  All our items are handcrafted and as such are all unique.  Please note, colors may appear differently from those shown in images on our site.  As unique handcrafted items, there may be irregularities in the finished item.  We are happy to send you photographs of the item you are purchasing by email or text.  Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and excited to have one of our pieces become a part of your home, we want to ensure complete satisfaction. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within (5) days of the purchase or receipt of the delivery date.  All returned items must be in new and not used condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS

The return an item, please email customer service at admin@sundrarashop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN).  After receiving an RMN, place the item securely in its original packaging, and include the proof of purchase which is required for a refund,  the company reserves the right that if no proof of purchase is received then store credit will be offered instead.  Items not eligible for return will be indicated in the item listing. Returned items will be eligible for a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the original purchase price.

Please note,  we do not provide return shipping, nor do we pay for it, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange, less the restocking fee. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS 

Due to the high shipping costs, some of our larger pieces may not be eligible for a return, We do our best to ensure that all shipped items are carefully packaged before leaving our store.  Please see the full item description to see if it is eligible for return. 

For defective or damaged products, due to shipping with a third-party shipper please contact us so we can find the best solution.
