CUSTOMER COLLECTION, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY POLICY 

We take pride in making sure your order gets out quickly, we carefully check and inspect every item before shipping. We give extra care to our packaging to make sure every item arrives safely. Orders normally ship by UPS Ground, FedEx Freight, USPS, or a private freight carrier within 1-3 days of your purchase.  Please note that this can vary depending on your location, please allow 14 days for delivery. 

If you require your order to be shipped and delivered by a certain date, please let us know on purchase and we will do our best to facilitate your request.  Please note that there may be additional charges for express shipping, or expedited shipping on larger order. 

Please carefully read our Shipping, Delivery, and Pick-Up Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order placed with us. 

IN-STORE PICKUP

We love to meet our customers and you are welcome into our store. In-store pickup is available for all purchases during business hours and on Sundays by appointment. 

Please call or email to arrange a time for your collection of our larger items so we can assist you. We will confirm when your item is ready for pickup. If you require curbside contactless pickup, please indicate this in your communication and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Enjoy a 10% discount when you pick up in person! 

We offer various shipping options, in some cases, a third-party shipper will be used and will be responsible for your delivery. 

FREE SHIPPING

We understand that the cost of shipping has increased dramatically and so we are pleased to offer you free standard shipping on most of our items to the lower 48 States and does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Puerto Rico. Standard shipments are not delivered to the home or office, they are left at the curbside or brought into the driveway, porch, or garage as per the carriers’ terms. For an additional cost, we can offer “white glove service”. This includes shipping to your door, bringing the item in, and unboxing it for you. Please contact us for the additional costs. 

Please note that we do not offer free return shipping. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, many of our customers are located outside of the United States. We can arrange for international shipping, please contact us so we can provide you with shipping options. 

THIRD-PARTY SHIPPERS

While we seek to deliver your item in the same condition that it leaves our store, we understand that there may be things out of our control. We will do our best to keep you updated during the shipping process. Sundara Furnishings LLC is in no way responsible for any damage to the purchased item or personal property in the case of third-party shipping.
