Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order within 3–5 business days, but depending on your location, this may not always be possible. Please allow up to 21 days for shipping and transit.

We offer free standard shipping on orders to the contiguous 48 United States — this is to the door, driveway, or mailbox. Please note that orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories are excluded from free shipping and may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us before placing an order for a shipping quote to these locations.

For orders requiring items to be taken into the home, unboxing and installation will be considered a "White Glove Service" and will be subject to an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability in your area.

We will contact you once your shipping has been arranged and provide carrier details. Where possible, we will provide a driver's direct contact number or a tracking link.

Depending on the size of your order, we will use USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or, where possible, local carriers. We request that you provide a contact number at checkout to allow us to arrange your shipping promptly.

Please let us know if there is a time frame during which you will not be available to accept a delivery.
